### How many staff are needed for an R&D center?

Law No. 5746 requires a certain number of full-time R&D personnel, and this threshold may differ by sector. In the preliminary analysis, we clarify the current threshold and your company's situation together.

### What does the incentive certificate provide?

Depending on the subject and region of the investment, it can offer instruments such as VAT exemption, customs duty exemption and tax reduction. We work out which of these you can benefit from based on your investment plan.
