Grant support that takes your R&D project from idea to prototype through TEYDEB programs.

What decides a TÜBİTAK project is less how brilliant the idea is than how well the technical uncertainty is explained. We prepare an application file, written in the language of the reviewer, that makes the R&D character of your project visible.

## What do we do?

1. **Preliminary assessment**: We review your project idea for its R&D character and tell you plainly which program it fits.
2. **Project proposal**: We structure the technical content, work packages, timeline and budget in full compliance with the program guide.
3. **Reviewer and panel preparation**: Before the evaluation visit, we rehearse your presentation and likely questions with you.
4. **Periodic reports**: We prepare technical progress reports and expenditure documents on time and in full.

## Frequently asked questions

### Does every innovation count as an R&D project?

No. TÜBİTAK looks for a technical uncertainty whose solution is not known in advance, and for planned work to resolve it. In the first meeting, we tell you plainly whether your project fits this definition.

### What is the support rate?

Rates vary by program and company size, and they are updated from time to time. Before you apply, we confirm the current rate with you through the relevant call.

### What happens if my project is rejected?

We read the reviewer reports together, reflect the criticism in the file and, where appropriate, plan a new application. A rejection is often the start of a strong second application.
