No. TÜBİTAK looks for a technical uncertainty whose solution is not known in advance, and for planned work to resolve it. In the first meeting, we tell you plainly whether your project fits this definition.
Rates vary by program and company size, and they are updated from time to time. Before you apply, we confirm the current rate with you through the relevant call.
We read the reviewer reports together, reflect the criticism in the file and, where appropriate, plan a new application. A rejection is often the start of a strong second application.
